Sponsorship & Support Opportunities
"An individual hasn't started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of humanity.''
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Volunteers are the roots that connect to everything!
Like most nonprofits, we depend on our volunteers. They help in all aspects of our organization and are a large part of the glue that keeps us together. Our garden volunteers say it makes them happy to work together for a common purpose, work on projects that increase their skill competence, and for the garden volunteers, relish the stress-free environment that only nature can deliver while playing in the dirt.
With Your Help, Possibilities are Endless!

At Beauty's Community Garden volunteers are at the heart of what we do. It takes each and every hand to successfully care for the plants through the seasons. We do not rent out our plots, we instead open the garden to volunteers, on Saturdays 8am-10am (May to mid October), and 9am-11am (mid October to April. Each Saturday, garden volunteers receive a guided tending-the-garden experience by Ashley Hadley, our Garden Coordinator and Volunteer Instructor. To sign up, click the button above and choose the Saturday(s) you want to volunteer. Let's play and learn in the dirt.
At Beauty's Community Garden (BCG) we have several volunteer opportunities. We've posted them on the Volunteer Houston site. Click the button above to connect to Beauty's Community Garden's volunteer page and its opportunities. If you don't see something you want to do, feel free to drop us an email at v[email protected] and introduce yourself and interest.
