Funds immediately support the BCG's Desert to Beauty's project expansion initiative, focused on growing Beauty's Community Garden into a holistic, culturally-rich, and educational green space for its projects and the community at large. Join us at Beauty's Community Garden's 8th annual MLK PEACE though PIE Community Event and Fundraiser, held January 13th 9:45am-12:40. People of all ages are welcome to attend Garden and Cooking Healthy workshops, and enjoy the entertainment, food, pie sampling, and chance to vote on the best pies, and win prizes, and receive giveaways.
